The Global Equality Collective (GEC) is a multi-award-winning grassroots, global community of over 13,000 change makers, including 300+ DEI (Diversity, Equality and Inclusion) subject matter experts, working together to equip, empower and educate.
This knowledge base is contained within ground-breaking technology (the GEC Platform), which enables state-of-the-art analytics and the latest academic research to solve the biggest issues in education, which are inclusion and well-being.

- A staff portal that enables every adult member of the education community to contribute through a self-assessment process (20mins) exploring gender identity, ethnicity, socio-economic status, disability and additional needs, etc. and a survey tool (20mins) that enables reflective feedback on a wide range of DEI (Diversity, Equality and Inclusion) factors such as inclusion and belonging, values and leadership, professional development, flexible working, student inclusion and belonging, etc.
- An age-appropriate student module that does much the same thing, exploring belonging and wellbeing, sense of safety, culture, representation etc.
- The responses are automatically collated and leaders will receive a full and complete 360 Review of Diversity, Equality and Inclusion, informed by participants, the ultimate climate and culture health check!
- A final critical output is an easy-to-apply QA-ed & centralised set of recommendations from the Collective, global experts in the field.
- Participating school communities will also have full access to The GEC Library, which includes ‘Playbooks’ on everything DEI, a collection of lived experiences and classroom resources
